How do i purchase and/or pay for an item or items. (new or used)

How long will the order take to come in?

In stock items will be available for pick up on the same day. Special order items, from our Canadian warehouse will take 1 business day to arrive.

Questions about service on your vehicle and/or setting up service appointments for your vehicle, or coming in to perform a service on your vehicle?

How do i pre-pay for parts?

We would prefer you to come to our location or you can give us your credit card info over the phone or e-mail.

What quality are the BMW parts?

We sell only BMW approved and genuine new parts and used BMW high quality parts.

How to i get the right parts?

We encourage the use of OEM part numbers to reduce the risk of buying a wrong part.

Can i get a refund on new parts?

No Refunds. Exchanges only (if possible) or store credit. Your purchase can be returned for a hassle-free replacement/repair, exchange or store credit if provided that it is returned within the warranty terms and warranty period. The original receipt is required.
